Introduction
I am Dr Ngao Motsei, a Portfolio Professional Pracademic dedicated to advancing leadership effectiveness, psychological safety, and civility in the workplace. My Portfolio consists of Leadership Consulting; I am a Professor of Practice at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS), a Director of Companies, a Thought Leader, and an Author.
My work builds a bridge between the important organisational aspects of humanity and culture, and the urgent commercial organisational imperatives of results and governance.
